GLOBAL RECOGNITION FOR TNMC

Mutual Recognition of Post MD/MS / Diploma/ DNB/DM/MCH degrees of our Country with Equivalent International and Fellowship Degrees issued by various Councils Globally.

To Increase PG/SS Seats

Will give Strong Recommendations to state Government, Central Government and NMC Increase Number of PG and Super Specialty Seats

Strict action on Violence against Doctors

To Constitute a Legal Protection wing and Strong Action will be taken against People who are Involving Violence against Doctors, Institu- tions, Hospitals and Nursing Homes and Clinics.

Smooth Running of Medical Colleges

Will work in close Association with NMC to bring in Changes in Norms to make Smooth and Peaceful, Effec- tive Running of Private and Govt. Medical Colleges with less Cumbersome Protocols and Procedures and for adopting Cost Effective Methodology in our State.

Action against Derogatory Remarks on Doctor Fraternity

Strong Action will be initiated by Council against Persons/People who taking abusive or Derogatory stand against Doctors which involves his Reputa- tion and Moral, who are Practicing in Private or Government services (issues Related to Clinical Practice)

Travel Benefits

Will Work in Close Association with State and Central Government to allocate Special Reservation for Train, Bus and Air travel for Doctors.

To start Fellowship and Skill Courses

Expert Academic Committee will be constituted to Start Fellowship and Skill Courses at Various Com- petent Institutions to Promote Focused Training in a Specialized Procedures, which could help in Developing Greater Competency and Skill in a Particular Specialty of Practice.

Medical Assistance for Doctors

We will create Provisions for Medical Treatment and care at Designated Regional Centres for Registered TNMC Doctors requiring Medical Assistance.

Fitness for Doctors

Will Create Fitness awareness and Motivation, Sports related activities in Identified Regional Institutions for Health benefits of Doctors

Research and Development Wing

Will Constitute a Expert Panel of Members Guide Research & Development in Healthcare system to Recognise, Encourage and Promote Doctors Intrested in Research.

Establishment of Women Doctors welfare wing

We will constitute a Women Doctors Welfare Wing to look into issues related to practice..
